I just started painting the parts for my strike freedom today. It took about a month trying to find the “best” gold color i can use to convert and make this dull and yellowish non-shiny more eye candy. I tried not to put on too much paint cause based from other reviews I’ve read who tried painting this model kit, got a very stiff joints (which then made the model significantly hard to move). Anyway, i’ll try to post more photos if my fate will be the same as the others ^_^

Upcoming Projects (SD Red Frame Astray and MG Strike Freedom)
They have this 3-day sale @ SM Clark, Department Store. Too bad i didn’t make it in time for the early bird additional 10% discount (on top of the 10% 3-day sale discount). Or else I could have gotten a much better deal @ 20% for both of these model kits.
I got the SD Red Frame astray for PHP 350 and the Strike Freedom for PHP 2900 (minus the discount)
right after i opened it. the SD red frame (even though it has awesome details, despite its size), i need to add some paint to some parts which needs to be painted. Like the thrusters, knee vents, head and weapons. And as for the MG strike freedom, i think i’ll just buy some shining gold later and paint the inner frame (to make it more shinny when i display it and some panel lining also. I may change my mind. Lets see where my imagination (if i find the time), takes me.

MG Red Frame Astray (stickers and decals)
After a few days i finally got the time to sit and finish this master grade kit. the only problems i had with this was, some of the stickers and decals are super tiny. that i manage to accidentally transfered it to my fingers or clippers.
anyway, at least the “important” ones… like the one on his legs and shoulders i got right
